The Trip Fee: We charge a flat $79 service call fee to secure your appointment. If you accept our quote and choose us to do the repair while we are on-site at your home, 100% of that $79 is credited back to your balance, making your diagnostic visit completely free.
The Multi-Patch Rule: You pay full menu price for the single largest patch in your home. Every additional patch repaired during that exact same visit receives a flat 50% discount off its standard menu price.
When you submit or text photos of your wall or ceiling damage, our instant price check provides a firm, guaranteed quote based on the visible damage. However, if our technician arrives on-site and finds hidden structural issues that were not visible in the photos (like an active, un-fixed plumbing leak pouring water inside the wall), we will update your menu tier pricing before we start any work. There are never any surprise hidden fees.
We treat your home like a clean room by setting up heavy plastic sheeting dust walls and using vacuum-contained tools. To help us protect your property, you agree to clear away all fragile items, electronics, and personal belongings from the immediate workspace before our technician arrives.
We guarantee a highly professional, seamless cosmetic texture blend. However, walls naturally move. Quick Care Drywall Repair is not responsible for future hairline cracks caused by natural home foundation shifting, soil settling, or roof truss lifting that occurs after our repair is completed.
